Ordering an item from Lucsherb.com? We can ship to virtually any address in the
world. Click the links to the left for more information, including shipping rates.
Delivery Time
When you place an order with Lucsherb.com, we will estimate shipping and delivery
dates for you, based on the availability of your items and the shipping options
you choose. Shipping date estimates will appear in the order form.
Calculating Cost
Shipping costs for orders from Lucsherb.com depend upon the methods and options
you choose.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based.
The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies
of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full
pound.
Our Returns Policy
You may return most items sold by Lucsherb.com within 15 days of delivery for
a full refund.
We'll also pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error.
Please note that we are unable to exchange items
We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:
· Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
· Any bottle, box and merchandise that has been opened (or taken out
of its plastic wrap).
· Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing
parts.
· Any item that is gas-powered or contains flammable liquids.
Refunds
We can process returns and refunds only for items directly purchased from and
fulfilled by Lucsherb.com. For returns of merchandise directly purchased from
and fulfilled by Lucsherb.com, certain conditions apply. We do not accept returns
of:
· Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
· Any bottle, box and merchandise that has been opened (or taken out
of its plastic wrap).
· Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing
parts.
· Any item that is gas-powered or contains flammable liquids.
Please do not send us such items, as we do not issue refunds for non-qualifying
items and cannot return the items to you.
We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed
the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally
used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return.
If your return is not due to our error, we will deduct the shipping costs from
your refund. Please note, the original expiration date will still apply.
Problem with an Order?
If something is wrong with an order you placed with Lucsherb.com, we certainly
want to help you. Please read the information below for more on how to proceed.
- Did you receive a damaged or defective item? We'll ask you to
indicate the number of items you're returning, the reason for return, and whether
you would like a refund or a replacement item sent to you.
- Are you missing an item? Check the packing slip that was included
with your shipment. We may have split your order into multiple shipments, which
we would indicate on the packing slip. If this is the case, rest assured that
you will not be charged any additional shipping costs beyond those you had originally
authorized.
