The Wolfberry fruit can help to replenish the liver and kidney, nourish the blood , and improve eyesight. It is also good for aching back and legs, impotence, vertigo, and diabetes. The fruit is also very high in antioxidant.

The taste is sweet and slightly tangy. These are quality wolfberries from Northwestern China.

DIRECTION
The recommended dosage is 10-15 grams, about 1 to 2 small handfuls. Though one can consume more depending on the individuals. The wolfberry can be consume raw or cooked.
